VP of Digital & Design

As VP of Digital & Design, I develop digital solutions and communication strategies to meet business objectives, including product growth, profitability, and customer engagement. While managing the digital presence team, consisting of a brand designer, product designer, digital marketer, and technical writer, and partnering with the product development team, we designed Rialto, a web application for companies to build businesses and track growth through community. I ensure the voice of the customer is at the heart of every design decision.
